Long nails into hardwood? No problem. Working overhead? It’s only 4.2 pounds. Hate having the exhaust in your face? Tool-free, 360-degree adjustment takes care of that. No time for jams? Clearing takes no more than a couple of seconds because of the quick-release nose. The magazine is made of nylon, but it seems as rugged to us as any metal magazine out there. That’s also why this nailer is so easy on the hands. Add to that a nicely padded grip and a selective trigger and you’d think you have the perfect nailer. excellent tool–but no free shipping as advertised–but bought the tool anyway! don’t know if this is indicative of amazon policy–used car salesmen!
While Hitachi products in general are good and lasting (I bought a Framing nailer) the Hitachi Finish nailers I received (twice) were not made in Japan even though on Amazon’s website anyone can see from its picture that Hitachi Finish nailer is “Made in Japan”. I ended up return both items, unsued, for refunds.
Hitatchi Rules !!! For people who use these everyday, They Know !!!
Trust them Buy Hitachi !!!
this is overall a good tool I have no real complaints. good tool for the money.
You won’t go wrong in purchasing this tool. I purchased one back in May and it has worked flawlessly every time I’ve used it. It’s light weight, easy to load and the depth setting adjusts with just a couple of turns. If you need a solid nailer, this is the one to get.
